AV1 is proud to be honoured in B Lab’s Best For Workers list, scoring in the top 10 percent of more than 2,400 Certified B Corporations.
It’s the second year in a row AV1 has been honoured on the list.
The score comes from the B Impact Assessment which measures our impact on our workers, community, customers and the environment.
The Workers section looks at our relationship with our workforce – measuring how we treat our workers through compensation, benefits, training and ownership opportunities.
The category also focuses on our overall work environment from internal communications and WHS practices to job flexibility and corporate culture.
Jay Coen Gilbert, co-founder of B Lab said;
“Best For The World is the only list of businesses that uses comprehensive, comparable, third-party-validated data about a company’s social and environmental performance.”
Of the announcement AV1’s Keith Wootton said;
“We’re really pleased to be recognised again this year. Looking out for our employees is really important to us. After all, what would we do without them!”
