Terms and conditions

The completion of this form does not guarantee support from AV1. The request must be submitted a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the event, and can only be considered if your event is within 18 months of the date of submission.

Support is subject to availability, and due to the large number of requests we receive each year, we are not able to fulfil all requests.

Any forms that are not fully completed may not be considered. Please ensure that all sections are filled out.

AV1 reserves the right to offer alternative support if the requested services are not available.

Requests from existing clients of the FSTVL GRP (including AV1, Sprintr, and All Things All Creatures), official partners, Certified B Corps, local organisations and other community groups, who are actively involved with AV1, will receive priority.

Any organisation that is approved for a support request will be required to provide licensed photos after the event that AV1 can use for marketing purposes (Please indicate the owners/photographer, so AV1 can attribute all content correctly).

Any organisation that is approved for support will be required to provide details on some metrics of success, for example: 1. How much money was raised at the event or 2. What objectives were achieved (if not a fundraising event).

AV1 will assist you in complying with any Register of Interest and/or Register of Related Party Transactions as required by law.
