Terms & Conditions – Win the Ultimate Sydney Experience Promotion

 

Promoter

This promotion is conducted by AV1 Pty Ltd (ABN: 87 115 225 048), in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA Australia) and Café Sydney (collectively, the “Competition Partners”).

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of AV1, MCA Australia, Café Sydney, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 10 February 2025 and closes at 31 March 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM AEDT on the closing date.

How to Enter

1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the official competition entry form within the Promotional Period.
2. Entry is free, and no purchase is required.
3. One entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

Prize Details

The prize consists of:

• Two (2) tickets to the Sydney International Art Series 2024;
• Dinner for two (2) at Café Sydney, including food and beverages up to the value of AUD $350; and
• An AV1 Luxury Gift Pack, valued at AUD $200.
  
  

Prize Conditions

1. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. If any component of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
3. The prize must be used within the timeframe specified by the providers (MCA Australia, Café Sydney, and AV1).

Winner Selection & Notification

1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
2. The draw will take place on Monday 31 March 2025 at AV1 HQ.
3. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
4. The winner’s name will be published on AV1’s website and social media channels.
5. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.

Unclaimed Prize

1. If the prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months, the Promoter will conduct a redraw and contact a new winner.
2. If a redraw is necessary, the details will be published on AV1’s website.

Privacy & Data Sharing

1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting, storing, and sharing their personal data (such as name and contact details) with the Competition Partners (MCA Australia and Café Sydney) for marketing and promotional purposes.
2. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter or the Competition Partners.
3. The Promoter and Competition Partners will handle personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws.

General Conditions

1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promoter and Competition Partners are not responsible for any technical issues, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
3. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Liability

1. The Promoter and Competition Partners accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by entrants in connection with the prize.
2. The winner participates in prize activities at their own risk.

Authority & Compliance

1. This competition complies with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020.
2. No entry fees or purchase is required.
