A rare opportunity has opened for a new team member to join us on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a Technical Director who thrives on extraordinary events, precision, leadership, and bringing complex productions to life for our clients.

In this role the TD serves as the ultimate owner of technical delivery for all assigned events. Bridging the gap between initial concept and on-site reality, this role exists to guarantee the flawless technical execution of our productions.

By driving end-to-end technical planning, leading on-site personnel, and acting as a critical operational partner to the Producer, the TD ensures every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest industry standard.

You own your craft: You love the tech and getting hands-on with equipment in the warehouse and diving deeper into how it works. You enjoy advancing and refining products, taking pride in the systems and solutions you help create.
You’re a Vectorworks champ: You know how to create the client's vision from conversation to digital drawing, helping create real-life solutions and designs.
Champion on-site delivery: Ensuring smooth execution, quick problem-solving, and a great experience for clients and crew alike.
Grow with our production team: Mentor, inspire, and set the standard for excellence.

We are looking for someone who…

Has senior-level experience in live event production, working on large-scale events
Senior-level vision and audio & lighting expertise.
Is a lover of all things audio-visual technology.
A natural leader who builds positive team culture and mentors others to thrive.
Exceptional communication skills with clients, colleagues, and crew.
Experience and proficiency in Vectorworks and a love for precision planning.
